Work performed:

Kiran’s Villa is a new built development consisting of 8 high end residential apartments with and underground carpark.

Meca Engineering has delivered Stage 4 design for Mechanical, Public Health and Electrical systems and Overheating assessment for the development.

Every residential unit has been designed to be provided with underfloor heating, comfort cooling mechanical ventilation with heat recovery to ensure comfort for the occupants. A carpark and smoke ventilation system has been designed for the underground carpark.

The renewable energy systems designed for this development consist of high efficiency heat pumps for heating, cooling and hot water generation with heat recovery and PV panels for the communal areas of the building.
